Frequently asked questions
Do I need a Shopify store to use Fulfido?
No. You can upload orders as a CSV, create them one at a time in the portal, or push them through the REST API. Shopify and WooCommerce connections are optional — they automate order import and tracking sync, nothing else.
How do storage fees work?
Every received unit stores free for its first 7 days. After that, storage accrues at $0.65 per cubic meter per day and is deducted from your wallet at the end of each month. The inventory page shows the accrued charge per SKU, so nothing lands as a surprise.
What happens when items arrive damaged?
Receiving staff photograph every batch before it is shelved. Units that fail inspection are quarantined and you get the photos in a QC report within 24 hours, then choose to return to the supplier, keep at a discount, or discard. If stock is damaged inside our warehouse, the landed cost is refunded to your wallet automatically.
Can you buy from 1688 or Taobao for me?
Yes. Paste product links or describe the item in a sourcing request (RFQ). We come back with quotes from 1 to 3 suppliers within 48 hours, you approve a quote before we spend anything, and the purchased stock is inspected and shelved in Yiwu like your own inventory.
When am I charged?
Only when something happens: the product cost when you approve a sourcing quote, and pick, pack and shipping when an order leaves the warehouse. There is no subscription and no minimum volume. Everything is deducted from a prepaid wallet with a line item per event.
